Job Description

- Lead and oversee the entire project lifecycle for Air Cooled Heat Exchanger manufacturing projects
- Develop and manage project plans, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and production, to ensure seamless project execution
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations, maintaining clear communication throughout the project
- Identify and mitigate potential risks, implementing proactive measures to ensure project success
- Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders, providing regular updates on milestones, timelines, and budgetary status
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, motivating and supporting team members to achieve project goals
- Work with Executive leadership and key Stakeholders to ensure project ideation and planning is understood and supported at the Business level
- BS from an Accredited University
- Engineering degree desired
- PMP Certification or Lean Six Sigma is a plus
- Mostly Indoor Office Environment
- Some Outdoor/Shop Environment
- Noisy/Loud Shop Environment
- May Require Travel
- 5 years project management of product owner experience
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and project scheduling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to project challenges
- Leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate
- Knowledge in:
- PMP methodologies or frameworks (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Air Cooled Heat Exchanger
- Relevant industry codes and standards
- Proficient in project management tools and software
- Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required
- Microsoft Project
- Analytics and Dashboard experience
