Job Description: Project Manager / Business Intelligence Analyst
Overview
Our Home Health and Hospice Company, ProHealth Group, is seeking a dynamic and motivated intern to join our Business Intelligence (BI) Department. This unique hybrid role blends 50% Project Management responsibilities with 50% BI Analyst duties. The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker and an independent worker, capable of managing various parallel running projects, acting as a scrum master, and developing and maintaining our BI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management (50%)
Manage Multiple Projects: Efficiently handle various projects running in parallel, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
Scrum Master: Act as a scrum master, leading stand-ups, planning sprints, and facilitating agile practices to ensure team cohesion and project momentum.
Confluence Management: Manage and maintain project documentation within Confluence, ensuring that all project information is accurately documented and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
BI Analyst (50%)
SQL and Power BI: Work extensively with SQL and Power BI to maintain and optimize existing views and dashboards, ensuring they meet the company's analytical needs.
Dashboard Development: Take charge of developing new and insightful dashboards that drive data-driven decision-making processes.
BI Technologies Transition: Play a key role in transitioning to new BI technologies, researching, and implementing cutting-edge tools and practices to enhance our BI capabilities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Strong foundation in project management methodologies, preferably with Agile/Scrum experience.
Proficient in SQL and experience with BI tools, especially Power BI.
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work independently, managing tasks and projects with minimal supervision.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams.
