De fine a pro ject delivery strategy that will encompass all aspects of the development from pre to post contract deliverables so that all development s are delivered according to the agreed development strategy and intended outcomes are achieved :
Manage the development of a project masterplan.
Develop and deliver the project delivery strategy
Manag e the project delivery process from acquisition , design, t hrough construction works.
Understand , define and deliver the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters .
Control delivery costs ; enable and lead value management and value engineering exercises .
Implement and deliver the project delivery strateg y so that the development is managed from pre to post contract phase and deliverables are achieved on time and within budget:
To act as the key delivery and technical lead to coordinate internal and externals teams ensuring that objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time, to budget and to the appropriate quality standards.
Work collaboratively with the Land & Pre-Construction Planning Team, and external planning consultants, from development of suitable Planning Strategy to submission of approvals through to discharge of conditions on project close.
Work collaboratively with Finance and other departments throughout the delivery of the project.
Manage the project team to realise the best solution and value for infrastructure works.
Manage and coordinate legal requirements , obligations , sales packs, land quality statements.
Manage procurement of resources, including design, engineering, and consulting professionals
Work closely with the Development Manager so that the progress of the development is understood including development agreements and any 3rd party stakeholder management that is required and the plan aligns to the overarching development strategy
Ensure project governance is in place and best practice is implemented :
Managing design and delivery progress, overseeing cost estimates and reports, and creating a master project task schedule.
Lead culture on Health and Safety , e nsure best practice in management and personal responsibility.
Establish, manage and control project risks and opportunities , m aintain risk registers and seek risk reduction from all parties necessary .
Produce, m anage and coordinate the p roject d elivery programme in accordance with the overall b usiness p lan .
Manage the change control process with commercial managers
Ensure communication and information management throughout process .
Manage project st akeholders . Create effective working relationships with customers, third parties, consultants and contractors who are working on a diverse range of objectives to ensure successful outcomes.
Lead delivery meetings to manage the flow of project information between team members.
Produce necessary project reports including acquiring inputs from internal and external parties.
Arrange regular project meetings suitable to the stage of the process, incorporating agendas, actions and trackers, ensuring targets are achieved
Continually seek to enhance the project to uphold St. Modwen company values and objectives . Imbed our company purpose including the delivery of quality placemaking
Ensure the Development Manager is kept up t o date about all aspects of the development progress including any risks and issues that require escalation
To ensure effective communication that enables engagement and enablement.
Maintain knowledge and adhere to relevant Group Policies and Procedures, Legislation and Regulations .

Job Purpose
Create, deliver and manage quality project outcomes for St. Modwen. Lead all aspects of pre and post contract project delivery and technical matters of complex Strategic Land developments through the entire development process; this will involve m anag ing of all aspects of the development cycle through th e creation of programme plans and leadership of cross functional programme team s to deliver high quality developments that align to our company values and objectives .
