Position Summary
Fisher’s Technology is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead internal corporate initiatives that drive strategic growth and operational efficiency. This individual will oversee complex, cross-functional projects and serve as a key liaison between leadership, sales, internal teams, and customers. The ideal candidate has a proven background in project management, preferably with implementation management experience, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage corporate-level projects from initial planning to successful implementation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across all Fisher’s departments for effective project management.
• Maintain a professional and positive level of cooperation and collaboration with all levels of team members, project stakeholders, and any 3rd party vendor or other partner.
• Work directly with customers and external partners for projects that involve solution implementation or service onboarding.
• Establish project scopes, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for assigned projects and ensure the necessary information is communicated to internal & external stakeholders.
• Organize and facilitate meetings, document action items, and manage stakeholder communication.
• Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies within assigned projects and their corresponding tasks, and resolve or escalate as needed.
• Ensure all assigned projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business priorities.
• Maintain clear documentation and provide regular updates to leadership and project sponsors.
• Support post-project evaluations and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field, preferred.
• 3-5+ years of project management experience, preferably in a corporate or technology environment, preferred.
• Implementation Management experience strongly preferred.
• PMO certification or formal project management training preferred (e.g., PMP, CAPM, or similar)
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage competing priorities.
• Comfortable working with leadership, customers, and team members at all levels.
• Familiarity with project management software or tools (training provided if needed).
