What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform asset tagging and data collection in the field, reporting to a Regional Manager
- Assist in the development, pricing, and execution of program business plans
- Lead safety briefings and ensure compliance with safety protocols during site visits
- Conduct walk-through surveys and ensure proper documentation, including photographs
- Provide data quality control checks and assist with oversight of team members
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred in engineering, construction management, sciences, IT, or related field
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to meet deadlines independently
- Proficiency with iPad/iPhone iOS systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel)
- Possession of OSHA-10 Construction Industry Outreach Training or willingness to obtain
- Valid Driver’s License and U.S. Passport or willingness to obtain
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Interest in pursuing an Engineer-In-Training (EIT) or related certificate or license
- Experience with IoT devices, including their function and deployment
- Previous experience in data collection on building systems, particularly HVAC and facility maintenance
