      We are looking for someone with- Both a strong project management & extremely strong project financials background- Experience in managing budgets $30M+, 10+ vendors with multiple Purchase Orders and various cross-functional teams- Experience in project management who knows how to tie project delivery tasks to vendor cost and project financial principles - What he/she will do- Help establish the governance and financial management principles for the entire H. Shaw CA ($50M+ for 2024)- Set up the tools & documents e.g. for forecasting & tracking in order to efficiently & accurately manage cost at the overall CA Level, while providing the appropriate breakdowns at the level required & agreed upon with the Delivery owners- Work closely with all the teams logging time to this budget/OTL and those who are responsible/accountable for meeting budget forecasts on a monthly basis- Diligently collects & organizes inputs, clarifies assumptions made to ensure everyone is on the same page and challenges inputs which do not align to the agreed upon approach (1.) Co-ordination with On-Site Engineers and attending customer calls (2.) Raising risks, issues and escalation to senior management and customer (3.) To create all quality documents, collect metrics data and conducting Audits. To perform Value creation and KM activities. (4.) To create project plans and keep track of schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards (5.) To ensure process improvement and compliance, and participate in technical design discussion and to review technical documents
