      Title: Project Manager, Brand Operations

      HelloFresh is in search of a Project Manager to join our Brand Operations team. This role reports to the Senior Project Manager, and will closely partner with Brand Creative, Brand Strategy & Marketing, Public Relations, Photo Studios; as well as cross-functional Stakeholders to drive all benchmarks in the project lifecycle.

      The ideal candidate will be passionate about all areas of Creative Project Management and Operations, with a keen ability to lead and drive multiple / simultaneous projects, schedule complex timelines, establish rapport and cultivate relationships, allocate resources, understand scope, aggregate post-mortem feedback and data, guard process and workflow across print, digital, photo, and video.

      You will …

      • Implement proven and innovative project management solutions to plan, manage, mitigate potential risks, and complete all creative, photo, and video projects
      • Challenge the value, purpose, and achievability of a creative request
      • Determine resource and project plan to meet key milestones and deadlines of production processes following a creative briefing
      • Lead communication of timelines, status updates and potential risks to your project teams and leadership
      • Work closely with stakeholders, photography and creative teams to shape and understand expectations, and define scope of shoots
      • Drive decision making required to ensure successful execution of shoots within time and budget constraints
      • Assist in the efficiency and organization of the production team and workflow while maintaining quality of product line & premium photography
      • Proactively problem-solve and push work through, even in areas of uncertainty and ambiguity
      • Create meaningful relationships with key stakeholders and align on projects coming into your lane to forecast, resource, communicate expectations, and mitigate risk
      • Participate in and drive stand-ups outlining priorities, capturing and removing roadblocks
      • Partner closely with other Sr. Members of the Brand team to resource and scope projects
      • Exercise critical thinking in navigating competing business interests and in navigating cross-functional processes and risk resolution
      • Participate in regular training sessions to use our Project Management tool
      • Assist in the maintenance and onboarding of appropriate partners and vendors
      • Give leadership project-level status updates & reporting
      • Ensure that projects launch on-time, delivering to expectation, as well as initiating and driving post-campaign assessments (post-mortem)

      At a minimum, you have...

      • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Business, Management, Communications, or equivalent required
      • 4-5 years of creative project management or creative operations experience at an agency or in-house; specifically, in a high volume, high efficiency, and speedy operation
      • Experience working in a project management system (eg. Wrike, Workfront, Basecamp, etc)
      • Appreciation for creative + production workflows and working with creative teams
      • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
      • Experience with managing 360 campaigns that involve different deliverables, such as Print and Packaging, Digital, Photo, and Video Production
      • Experience in planning and executing creative & video projects from start to finish, including the ability to handle heavy resourcing coordination

      New York Pay Range
      $99,600$124,500 USD
