Work on a large $200m Commercial project
Long-term pipeline of work secured – Numerous projects in the portfolio pipeline ranging from $100m to more than $1b.

Degree qualified in a relevant field of study
Front-end design management and construct project delivery experience
Commercial or Government project experience preferred but not required
Clear and articulate communication skills coupled with an ability to manage stakeholders, both internally and externally
Previous Bid Management experience highly regarded but not essential

About the role:
We are currently in the Design Phase and Contract development stage on a large commercial project. With it moving forward, we are looking for a strong commercially astute Project Manager to join our high performing team in QLD.
Reporting into the Senior Project Manager, you support the implementation of the project and design strategy, plans, procedures, and processes to deliver design and construction projects within agreed parameters in alignment with client expectations and needs. You will work across all stages of a project’s life cycle with experience and strengths in Client and Stakeholder management, design management, conversion, budget development, commercial and contractual management.
