Ensure Delivery of agreed projects and Programs scope within the tolerances for time, cost, quality, scope, risks, and benefits

Plan, monitor, implement, and control the project according to Vestas Governance and report to relevant stakeholders

Ensure value chain alignment with a large range of project stakeholders

Setup an effective organization of your projects including a good governance - Project Leadership is key in this role

Ensure proper project risk management

Develop, optimize, and automate regular project and portfolio reporting
-
You will be handling projects and programs to develop innovative Control Hardware solutions including Electronics, Cables, Sensors, Panels and SCADA systems
-
Master's / Bachelor's in any engineering specialization
-
We expect that you have a graduate or Master level education within relevant academic field (e.g. Engineering or Business)
-
7+ years of industries experience with minimum 4 years of proven experience in managing medium to high complexity R&D projects in a matrix organization with multi-disciplinary & multicultural teams

Ideally have achieved recognized Project Management accreditation ( PRINCE2 / PMI / similar)

Solid language skills (verbal and written) in English are required

Experienced user of project management tools such as MS Project and JIRA
-
Ideally have experience in Stage Gate Model project delivery

Effective leadership & communication skills targeting the relevant audience in the organization, across cultures

Open minded and attracted by an international and high pace environment

Ability to take ownership and effectively engage in continuous improvements within the project execution within the department

The Control Hardware Project Management consist of a group of highly experienced and diverse Project Managers and Planners who work across Platform, technology and legacy portfolio. The department is part of the Control Hardware organization which are delivering the turbine Hardware infrastructure including Electronics, Cables, Sensors, Panels and Power supplies.
We have a high focus on continuous improvements and seeks to optimize the way we work. The department has a mix of Technology development and Project execution.Responsibilities
