      The role we are offering you:

      In this role, the Project Manager will be assigned to a few projects, will develop project management plan and establish project goals & objectives for projects in the sector of updates for civil simulators. He/She will develop project management plans, establish goals and objectives and make sure to meet them.

      Your challenges:

      • Take charge of all aspects of the entrusted projects: schedule, cost, income, risks, scope and contract.

      • Manage the material, human and financial resources necessary to meet the contractual obligations and ensure profitability.

      • Manage by influencing the teams of the different departments involved in the project.

      • Report regularly to internal management on progress, issues, and workarounds.

      • Establish long-term relationships with our customers by delivering quality services and service offerings.

      • Prepare service offers and respond to clients in conjunction with our customer support representatives.

      • Promote CAE's products and services in order to create new business opportunities.

      • Recommend and participate in continuous improvement initiatives and governance reports.

      Requirements:

      • University degree in Engineering or Commerce with five years of applicable experience.

      • Experience in project management.

      • Communication skills (excellent verbal and written communication).

      • Skillful in managing execution in a dynamic environment.

      • Customer centric.

      • Creativity and innovation.

      • Team player.

      • Success as a Natural Leader.

      • Responsible and autonomous.

      • Results oriented.

      • Willing to travel internationally on a regular basis (10%).

      • Bilingualism (French and English) is required, knowledge of an Asian language is an asset.

      • PMP is an asset.
