      Summary of This Role

      Manages the activities of client training in the operation of company products. Plans course design and support documentation for automated training modules within the product dashboard. Develops, evaluates, and delivers client documentation through various delivery channels and document storage sites. Ensures training programs meets client objectives. Evaluates data to ensure effectiveness of training.

      What Part Will You Play?

      • Assists the team in the approach for identifying and determining needs for providing education for existing clients and converting clients. Supports our client's activity by serving as an education support preparing training solutions and innovative methods. Automated and recorded video training modules to ensure the needs of the client and the business are met.
      • Explores the planning, development, design and implementation of enhancements and new product education for clients. Provides reporting to client on status of staff activity and prescribes activities to increase engagement. Participates in client meetings and forums.
      • Works with team on the to determine the content, accuracy, timeliness, and areas of improvement of processes and deliverables. Knowledge Base Article and Video Library organization and updating to meet new personna of client training.
      • Monitors trending data and evaluates effectiveness of all content created and developed by the team.

      What Are We Looking For in This Role?

      Minimum Qualifications

      • Pursuing a Degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Business, or Art related field of study from an accredited university is preferred.
      • Rising Sophomore to Graduate Students currently enrolled in college or university
      • Interns must be willing to attend a two-day orientation on Eastern Standard Time.

      Preferred Qualifications

      Interest in gamification, automated delivery of video training modules based on client behaviors, and technical writing skills.

      The US base salary for this full-time position is $18-$22/hour + benefits. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
