      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and manage comprehensive project plans from initiation through completion
      - Secure necessary resources and manage budgets, risks, and changes effectively
      - Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
      - Communicate regularly with project stakeholders regarding project status
      - Provide guidance and support to project coordinators

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study or equivalent years of experience
      - 2-3 years of project management experience
      - Familiarity with clinical documentation integrity preferred
      - Experience working with data analytics preferred
      - Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a healthcare-related project management role
      - Proficiency in project management software
      - Excellent presentation skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
