      As a Construction Project and Programme manager, you will drive our property development programs in London and Southern UK, including new builds, conversions, and Premier Inn extensions.

      You’ll Oversee projects from inception to post-completion review, using standard procedures, KPIs, and commercial insights to ensure best value and efficient delivery through the external team.

      The ideal candidate is flexible, eager to learn, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and communication skills are a must, as you’ll influence and report to all parts of our business, including company directors.

      Location: Field Based – London, Southern UK (Covering M25) onsite visits expected).

      Candidates will ideally live within 1 hour of London due to projects which are approved and in situe.

      Salary: £70,000 - £75,000

      What you’ll do:

      • Gather data for Planning/Investment meetings to assess Project viability.
      • Drive project progress, overseeing external consultant teams and reviewing key metrics to ensure financial compliance.
      • Collaborate with the supply chain to optimize value, suitability, and long-term costs.
      • Provide input on briefs from operators and marketing managers regarding brand development and environmental initiatives.

      What we need:

      • Leisure/retail/residential/student development experience – hotels preferred
      • Demonstrable membership or pathway to RICS/CIOB/RIBA etc
      • Experience of single projects > £5m
      • Experience of multiple, concurrent projects >£2m
      • Role will include management of projects - value >£100m
      • Commercial awareness and decision making
      • Construction management
      • Project management
      • Programme management (managing multiple projects at once)
