What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee project implementation and execution through completion of construction
- Develop and manage project budgets, including hard and soft costs
- Maintain project goals and success criteria that meet both the employer and client needs
- Establish and maintain trusted relationships with clients, facility managers, and vendors
- Provide regular executive-level reporting on project status and lead meetings for alignment on scope, schedule, and budget
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in all aspects of design and construction
- Experience with project scope development, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and contract negotiations is required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Firm knowledge of the construction, architecture, or commercial real estate industry
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Architecture, Engineering, or Project Management certification preferred
- Experience with Financial Services is preferred but not required
