- Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans that clearly outline goals, timelines, and deliverables in consultation with stakeholders to ensure alignment with client needs.
- Budget Management: Utilize Procore for budget creation and tracking, managing expenses, change orders, and monthly billings to maintain fiscal responsibility.
- Resource Coordination: Oversee the assignment and management of labor, materials, and subcontractors, efficiently resolving any resource conflicts.
- Scheduling: Assist Superintendents in creating and modifying project schedules, monitoring key milestones to ensure timely project completion.
- Monitoring and Adjustments: Track project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on schedule.
- Documentation: Ensure comprehensive documentation is maintained and updated in Procore, supervising the documentation handled by Project Engineers.
- Team Leadership: Mentor Project Engineers, facilitating their professional development and growth within the team.
- Risk Management: Assess potential project risks and devise strategies to mitigate their effects.
- Communication: Serve as the primary contact for clients, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders, providing regular updates to keep all parties informed.
- Quality Control: Uphold high-quality standards throughout the construction process to ensure successful project delivery.
- Team Motivation: Foster a positive work environment by leading by example and boosting team morale.
- Demonstrated experience managing construction projects.
- Robust leadership and planning abilities.
- Strong financial management and budgeting skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field (or equivalent degree + certification).
- Proficient in Procore and other relevant project management software.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving capabilities.
