Job Description
- Req#: 39843
- Lead and coordinate our quarterly Performance Review Meeting process
- Manage and execute strategic initiatives and transformation projects at both corporate and business unit levels
- Conduct and present market and competitor analyses to inform key strategic decisions
- Facilitate strategic workshops and planning sessions with leadership teams
- Support M&A activities, including due diligence and integration planning
- Act as a trusted partner to leadership, delivering insightful and actionable recommendations
- Master’s degree in Chemistry, Business Administration, or an MBA
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in strategy, consulting, or corporate project management
- Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and influence without direct authority
- Strong analytical mindset, structured approach, and the ability to work independently
- A true team player with an international outlook
- Multilingual skills are a strong advantage; English is required
