      Wasserman is looking for a motivated Project Manager who will be working in a fast-paced environment. You will be a team player who can thrive under pressure with a “whatever it takes to get the job done” mindset. You possess the ability to communicate effectively, solve problems, and make decisions. You’re confident in working with a diverse group of creative and internal teams to ensure projects are executed. Most importantly, you should be curious to learn and be willing to put yourself in uncomfortable positions, constantly striving to push the boundaries of what is possible.

      Duties:

      • Collect and maintain resources and works with team to assign and track projects
      • Reads and understands brand guidelines and is able to maintain continuity throughout project
      • Ability to create a comprehensive brief and drive timelines associated with projects
      • Can effectively communicate information with internal team and external clients
      • Work with teams and vendors to create production schedules
      • Routes work between all responsible parties in all stages of project development
      • Facilitates team and client meetings for reviews of work
      • Prepares regular status reports for weekly and monthly meetings
      • Reviews deliverables prepared by team before distributing to client
      • Ensures assets are complete, current, and stored properly
      • Resolves issues in a timely manner
      • Manages both internal and external approvals
      • Assures project legal documents (model releases, photo/art releases, etc.) are completed and signed
      • Manages project hours and coordinates with Accounting/Finance on design fees

      • 3-5+ Years Project Management Experience within a design/ad agency or similar creative enterprise
      • Proficient at developing budgets, tracking business expenses, note-taking and priority-making for a team of diverse creatives
      • Must be detail-oriented, organized by nature, and able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
      • Understands the logic behind project timeline creation, and excels at cross departmental collaboration to create a plan that works for all teams
      • General understanding of design, digital and social media terminology
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, someone who is equally adept and comfortable running a meeting or writing recap emails to senior management
      • Some experience with online and/or interactive campaigns

      Base salary range: $51,000-$75,000 plus bonus potential if applicable for role.

      Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Compensation decisions are dependent on circumstances of each role
