- Developing charter, scope, resources and schedule for project(s), including reviewing and assessing requirements, implementing plans and process improvements, and recommending solutions
- Developing and maintaining project quality control standards
- Planning and implementing post-project review and audit processes
- Building and strengthening relationships with stakeholders and partners of strategic importance
- Analyzing datasets and producing complex statistical information
- Designing surveys, interviews, and other research tools for program evaluation
- Writing routine documentsand correspondence, including writing project-specific proposals and briefings
- Directing a small group in a limited area, including responsibility for scheduling and/or workflow
- Master's Degree or acceptable combination of equivalent experience.
- Minimum five (5) years of related, progressively responsible project management experience in a University, medical school, teaching hospital or comparable environment
- Demonstrated experience working with a CBME curriculum.
- Proficiency with developing project resources, such as charter, scope, schedules, etc.
- Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining project quality control standards.
- Demonstrated proficiency analyzing data and producing complex statistical information.
- Experience designing and/or developing program evaluation tools (i.e. surveys, interviews)
- In-depth knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, techniques, tools and best practices.
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite, Project Management tools, learning management systems and student information systems, with the flexibility, adaptability and desire to seek out, learn and embrace new and emerging technology.
- Technical proficiency with learning management systems, specifically POWER and Elentra.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deliver on time-sensitive initiatives.
- Proven leadership, collaboration, and motivational skills, including the ability to influence others towards a common goal.
- High degree of diplomacy and tact.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address potential issues and roadblocks in atimely manner.

As the Project Manager, Curriculum, you will play an instrumental role in leading the planning, implementation, and execution of projects related to both core and enriched curriculum for PGME learners. This will include projects related to Competency Based Medical Education (CBME), projects related to the CanMEDS 2025 framework and other curriculum enrichment opportunities. You will be an important contributor in engagingand communicating with key stakeholders, driving multiple, time-sensitive priorities, and analyzing data. Your extensive project management experience along with your ability to exercise solid critical thinking, analytical, collaborative and problem solving skills will be key to your success in this role.
