- Manage and oversee all aspects of multiple simultaneous fast-paced assigned projects with distributed teams?
- Design and maintain project vision, project working standards, and agreements?
- Develop project roadmaps, release plans, resource allocations, funding requests, and communication strategies?
- Manage project scope, budget, burn charts, Agile ceremonies, and project documentation using tools like Rally and Planview?
- Interface with stakeholders at all levels to ensure priorities align with business needs?
- Mentor and coach Agile teams to ensure the successful adoption of Agile practices?
- Use business analysis techniques to gather and document complex requirements and support full project lifecycle delivery?
- 3+ years of experience in Agile methodologies
- 5+ years of broad-based IT and business experience
- Experience managing high-availability IT projects using Agile/Scrum
- Airline industry experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field—or equivalent experience
- Onsite in Dallas 3 days a week
- Certified ScrumMaster or PMP certification preferred
- Experience coaching teams in Agile methodologies and continuous improvement
- Familiarity with platforms such as mainframe, client/server, web, cloud, and social media
- Experience with TFS, Rally, Planview, VersionOne, or similar Agile lifecycle tools
- Proficiency in DevOps methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and Microsoft Office tools
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative, distributed team environment
