      Position Summary

      Working under the direction of the Senior Manager, Business Intelligence & Automation, the Project Manager will play a key role in managing projects that connect decisions makers to data that will enable UHN to take a holistic approach to fast, effective and accurate real-time decision making. The team bridges data, decisions, actions and outcomes to help change how problems are solved, how data is visualized, and how intelligence automation technologies are applied.

      Duties

      • Lead multiple projects of large scope and complexity from initiation to close-out;
      • Lead enterprise-wide change through comprehensive strategic planning, engagement and communications;
      • Advance adoption and user experience guidelines to ensure solutions are presented in a meaningful and accessible manner that allows users to easily understand & interpret data;
      • Assist with business insights and opportunities aligning to strategic priorities;
      • Facilitate a collaborative environment with executive leadership, program team(s), external vendors/contractors, and functional, business and technical stakeholders;
      • Incorporate subject matter expertise and data-driven evidence to create holistic solutions that meet business requirements and establish best practices and standards.
