Build, implement and manage the full project schedule and timeline for all creative and web projects including logo and branding, websites, copywriting, and marketing collateral.

Facilitate workflow, review creative deliverables for quality control, assign resources and manage production schedule.

Communicate with client, project teams, and development teams to ensure visibility and alignment into all project milestones.

Attend and lead internal kick off calls and lead external kick off calls for all projects to which you are assigned; accountable for taking detailed notes, capturing action items and providing recaps to team members and client contacts included in project.

Lead client kick off meetings using our Agency FIFTY3 standards (i.e. kick off deck, agenda and call notes templates).

Determine resources needed for each project with direction from the various team leads and assign resources to complete work through our project management software as applicable.

Ensure efficient collaboration and coordination between relevant departments including sales, creative, development and clients.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously using our Project Management System.

Manage budgets and billing for all projects.

Manage client expectations and timelines through clear communication by aligning client needs with our standards and benchmarks.

Collaborate with internal teams to drive ROI, communicate best practices, and ensure overall client success.

Understand the property management industry and how our programs tie into serving onsite management teams with high quality leads.

2+ years’ experience in project management, preferably in agency or creative teams.

Experience with Project Management Software (Asana a plus), G Suite, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to keep information flowing between your team and your clients.

Ability to be flexible and agile while staying on time and on budget with projects including finding creative ways to navigate curve balls that inevitably come up during projects.

An understanding of industry-specific language and an ability to translate it into written and oral direction.

Project Manager
Compensation: Pursuant to Colorado regulations, if this job is performed in Colorado , the salary range is $60,000 - $70,000 plus bonus potential. Eligible to participate in the company benefits plan. We offer health, vision, dental, and pet insurance. We offer a 401(k) retirement plan, student loan assistance, licensing and continuing education reimbursement, parental leave, and housing allowances or gifts.

Are you the Project Manager we’re looking for?
As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for supporting our team by managing creative projects between our team and our clients that leads to successful deliverables that are on time and on budget. You will have full project life cycle ownership and participate in establishing and implementing practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to expand and mature project management within our agency.
This position requires top-quality organization, honest communication, effective collaboration, and exceptional timelines. Our Project Managers can quickly build trusting relationships with their clients and our team within the agency. They know how to communicate effectively with clients in our industry and work well with internal team members to meet client expectations, goals, and results. Utilizing a variety of resources from Subject Matter Experts to an array of platforms we offer, our Project Managers have all the ingredients to oversee successful creative projects for our clients.
