Job Description

- Support the planning & execution of the top-level project within the desired timeframe & budget
- Assessing and establishing a variety of project streams with leads accountable for delivery and execution
- Supporting managers of project streams with advice regarding project planning, approval & execution
- Providing project business leads with templates and guidance to set up:
- a well-defined charter, a clear scope & clear objectives
- a resourcing plan, budget & execution timeline
- a risk register, a set of core assumptions, and a RACI matrix
- a mechanism to create & maintain project documentation
- a mechanism to track milestone achievement against the stated timeline & budget
- Cross-linking interdependencies & synchronize sub-project execution
- Overlaying timelines and critical paths to identify pressure points in workstreams across Operations, Legal, Tax, Finance, HR and other functions
- Maintaining a finger on the pulse of all projects to facilitate accurate reporting of milestone achievement & escalation as required
- Publication of monthly Project Health Reports for each project
- Ability to work from the office (in Oxfordshire) a minimum of 3 days per week and for collaborative meetings
- Strong background in project management, preferably with a qualification in a relevant project-, programme- or change delivery methodology
- Successful execution of complex projects of significant multi-million dollar value
- Ability to communicate proactively and extensively with key stakeholders
- Highly organised and adept at multi-tasking and with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A successful influencer with confidence, assertiveness, and diplomacy
- Experience managing projects to similar levels of complexity including budgets, global reach, across various Functional streams and impacting numerous site locations

Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager, to manage and support the execution of strategic projects across a number of geographical locations and business sites. The projects involve the re-arrangement, consolidation and streamlining of operational activities, while maintaining business performance.
The role is UK based and reports to the Executive Director, Operations.
Responsibilities
The core responsibility is facilitating connections, collaboration and seeking and co-ordinating feedback from project business leads across complex sub projects utilizing expertise and organizational knowledge across our Functional and Business governance areas. This will include; detailing, interconnecting, and monitoring all activities and ensuring successful execution through effective project management tools and techniques.
