Forest River, Inc., a leading manufacturer in the recreational vehicle (RV), marine, cargo, and commercial industries, is seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. This new position will play a critical role in establishing and managing the processes and workflows for all marketing projects across all divisions and brands within the company. The Project Manager will also oversee the operations of our newly created internal creative and design agency.
Position Summary:
The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and streamlining marketing projects from conception to completion. This role involves collaborating with different divisions (RV, Marine, Cargo, Commercial) and brands to ensure that all marketing initiatives are effectively planned, executed, and delivered on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage processes and workflows for all marketing projects submitted by different divisions and brands.
- Oversee the internal creative and design agency, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery of services.
- Coordinate with division and brand leads to prioritize and schedule marketing projects.
- Ensure all projects align with marketing strategies and brand guidelines.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Manage resources, including staffing, budgets, cloud-based tools and timelines, to ensure efficient project execution.
- Facilitate effective communication between internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management.
Internal Creative and Design Agency Services:
- Design: Provide overall design services for various marketing materials.
- Photography/Video: Operate a full-time photo and video studio for content creation.
- Content: Develop social media designs and digital content.
- Collateral: Create sell sheets, price lists, brochures, and other marketing collateral.
- Point-of-Sale: Design, source, and distribute all point-of-sale materials.
- Events: Manage event communications, food, signage, and entertainment.
- Communications: Handle PR, email marketing, promotions, and dealer relations.
- Advertising: Plan and execute digital and traditional advertising campaigns.
- Dealer Support: Provide websites, training, signage, and point-of-sale materials for dealers.
- Naming: Develop and clear legal names for brands and models.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience in a marketing or creative environment.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and project management methodologies.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- PMP certification is a plus.
