What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage large complex projects from initiation through transition to support and/or operations
- Lead project governance structures to ensure stakeholder engagement and effective communication of complex issues
- Execute project scope, manage risks, issues, deliverables, budget, and schedule across multiple projects
- Oversee financial aspects of projects against assigned budgets
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams regarding project impacts, task assignments, and transition planning
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years of work-related experience
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in diverse and integrated environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple objectives in a rapidly changing environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence and direct the activities of others without direct control or authority
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare project management
- Familiarity with EPMO standard tools and processes
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written, tailored to diverse audiences
- Demonstrated ability to assess and evaluate project resource assignments effectively
