      What You’ll Do:

      Plan & Strategize

      • Conduct feasibility studies to assess project viability
      • Allocate resources and develop detailed budgets
      • Create and manage project schedules with clear milestones

      Lead & Collaborate

      • Inspire and guide teams of engineers, architects, and contractors
      • Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies
      • Ensure top-tier quality control and compliance with all standards

      Mitigate & Manage

      • Identify potential risks and develop smart contingency plans
      • Enforce safety protocols to protect your team and the public
      • Keep projects on track, on time, and on budget

      Execute & Deliver

      • Oversee daily site operations and contract administration
      • Monitor progress and adapt plans as needed
      • Celebrate the successful delivery of impactful projects!

      What You Bring:

      • A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
      • Proven experience managing large-scale civil projects
      • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
      • A passion for building better, safer, and smarter communities

      Bonus Points For:

      • PMP or PE certification
      • Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
      • A knack for turning challenges into opportunities


      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $50.00/hr.

      Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
      classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
