      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage projects of various sizes, scopes, and durations to ensure successful project delivery
      - Employ project management discipline to initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and control project activities
      - Define project strategies consistent with the employer's mission, vision, and goals
      - Evaluate completed projects against cost and time projections and conduct a Lessons Learned process
      - Provide project management expertise and facilitation support to project team members

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in information services, business, healthcare, or a related field
      - OR an Associate's degree with 2 years of project support and lead experience in information services, business, or healthcare
      - Strong project management skills and experience
      - Ability to evaluate project outcomes and identify improvement opportunities
      - Excellent communication and facilitation skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in healthcare project management
      - Familiarity with project management software and tools
      - Previous experience in a leadership role within project teams
      - Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM)
      - Demonstrated ability to work in a remote or hybrid environment
