What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage projects of various sizes, scopes, and durations to ensure successful delivery
- Employ project management methodologies to initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and control project activities
- Assist in defining project strategies aligned with the employer's mission and goals
- Evaluate completed projects against cost/time projections and conduct Lessons Learned processes for improvement
- Provide project management expertise and facilitation support to project team members
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in information services, business, healthcare, or a related field, along with project support and lead work experience
- OR an Associate's degree with 2 years of project support and lead experience in information services, business, or healthcare-related fields
- Strong understanding of project management principles
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with project teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare project management or related fields
- Familiarity with project management software and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM)
