- Train and provide guidance to Project Assistants and/or Project Managers I in maintaining project tracking devices.
- Plan and organize projects under the supervision of a Senior PM or Division Manager.
- Supervise and train Project Assistants and/or Project Manager I.
- Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within corporate guidelines.
- Negotiate change orders and supervise their preparation.
- Liaise with clients and A/E teams to facilitate construction activities.
- Support construction activities with onsite Foremen and Superintendents to ensure schedule and budget adherence.
- Anticipate and resolve potential issues, implementing corrective measures.
- Represent the company in project meetings.
- Prepare and negotiate change quotations with clients.
- Manage project finances, including billing and expenses, to protect company interests.
- Assist in developing new business opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil or Structural Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
- Effective performance management skills.
- Extensive knowledge of safety protocols.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Oracle.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Work well under pressure and adapt to changing requirements.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented.
- Professional interaction with all organizational levels and external partners.
- Up to 25% travel required.
- Work may occur at active construction sites or in an office environment.
- Environmental conditions vary; activity includes sitting, standing, walking, typing, and physical movement.
- Work is primarily indoors but may involve outdoor activities with varying noise levels.
- Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.

YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:
The Project Manager II is a senior project management role responsible for overseeing projects from planning through completion, ensuring client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service. This role supports two to four concurrent projects of small to medium crew size or one to two projects of large crew size. It requires developed subject matter expertise and the ability to mentor and train staff. The position is on-site or in-office five days a week.

Pay Range
$109,800 - $164,700 annually. Compensation varies based on experience, skills, and location.
