As a Project Manager III, you will lead high-impact clinical trial projects within a regulated environment. This role demands excellencein project oversight, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful delivery.Responsibilities* Manage the full project lifecycle, including scope, schedule, risk, and issue management.* Define project objectives and milestones; clearly communicate roles, deliverables, and timelines.* Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and results.* Provide regular, actionable updates to stakeholders and leadership to maintain transparency and momentum.* Create and maintain project documentation, SOPs, and presentations; facilitate meetings and follow through on action items.* Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies; escalate issues as needed.* Monitor project health and metrics, using data to guide decisions and maintain progress.* Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.Essential Skills* Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field.* Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in a regulated industry; clinical trial experience strongly preferred.* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a solid scientific/technical foundation.* Strong understanding of FDA regulations, including GCP and 21 CFR.Additional Skills & Qualifications* PMP certification is a plus.* Strategic thinker with a track record of managing complex projects on time and within scope.* Clear, concise, and collaborative communicator who inspires trust.* Adaptable and solution-oriented under pressure in dynamic environments.* Detail-oriented and quality-focused with a commitment to integrity and process excellence.* Skilled in consensus-building, conflict resolution, and leading without direct authority.* Self-motivated, organized, and capable of prioritizing competing demands.Work EnvironmentThe work environment is characterized by a friendly and supportive culture.
