Project Manager Innovation
Are you ready for an exciting challenge? Join us as a Project Manager for Innovation at Heineken Experiences (HEX). You are the driving force behind the projects within the Development and Innovation (D&I) department. You may also know this position as a Project Development Lead, Development and Innovation Project Lead, or Creative Initiatives Manager. Regardless of the title, your primary role involves overseeing major renovations, maintenance projects, and innovative endeavors. This may include bringing carefully planned designs to life within HEX. Your expertise is crucial as you identify and lead new initiatives, create detailed project plans, and implement innovative strategies that align with HEX's objectives, leaving a lasting impact. Your value addYou'll inspire and support other HEX teams, serve as a catalyst for inventive ideas, and ensure seamless collaboration across departments. Effective communication is your forte as you liaise with internal stakeholders, colleagues, and external partners to keep everyone informed and engaged.
Managing the financial aspect of your projects is also part of the role, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for progress. Proficiency in AutoCAD is also a plus for reading and interpreting construction blueprints, bringing innovative concepts to life with precision.

What experience will set you up for success?
To excel as the Project Manager Innovation at the HEX, you'll need a combination of experience and personal qualities that lead to success:Experience: A minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in a similar international role with some complexity.
Education: A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Creative Design would be the most useful.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office, including project management tools.
Agility: Demonstrated experience with a flexible and quick approach.
Language: Fluent communication in both English and Dutch is a must.
Personal Qualities: Initiative, exceptional communication skills, strong organizational skills, the ability to stay calm under pressure, adaptability, and a curious mindset are all vital.

You'll collaborate in the department with 2 other colleagues and report to Development & Innovation Manager HEX. Additionally, you'll be in close contact with other departments to ensure the seamless execution of our innovative projects.
