Job Description
- Req#: JPC 9032652
- Coordinating, tracking, scheduling, and managing projects and service tickets for the Network Engineering group.
- Collaborating with internal groups to understand their requirements and translate them into project plans and objectives.
- Communicating project status and service ticket KPI's regularly through status reports and meetings.
- Presenting information or ideas concisely and accurately, both verbally and in writing to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Identifying and mitigating project risks, escalating issues to management as needed.
- Adding Network Systems and configuring client’s access rights to the corporate domain, Local Share resources and drive mappings on the domain
- Conducting post-project reviews to evaluate project performance, identifying lessons learned, and implementing process improvements.
- Assigning project tasks and service tickets to team members, ensuring projects and service tickets are updated and closed within the appropriate timeframe.
