Job Title: Project Manager
Job Description
This role involves handling diverse responsibilities both internally and externally, including project management, estimating, business development, client interaction, budget management, and sales. The Project Manager will be engaged in all phases of project development, from take-off plans to project finalization, and will be responsible for budget creation, client meetings, and complete project oversight. Though primarily an office-based position, it requires site visits to ensure project progress. The role offers a unique opportunity to apply construction experience within an office setting. Training will be provided to familiarize the individual with company operations.

This role is based in a small general contracting firm specializing in commercial construction projects located in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $48.00/hr.
