- Lean Process Improvement; Implement Lean methodologies to enhance operational efficiency, eliminate waste, and optimize workflows.
- Capital Improvements Planning; Oversee facility infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
- Risk Management; Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and adjust project scope as necessary.
- Stakeholder Coordination; Work closely with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Data-Driven Decision Making; Utilize project management tools and KPIs to track progress, analyze performance, and recommend improvements.
- Budget & Resource Allocation; Manage project budgets, control costs, and ensure optimal resource distribution.
- Continuous Improvement; Informs lean process improvements across projects
- Documentation & Reporting; Maintain comprehensive project records, develop status reports, and communicate progress to leadership.
- Regulatory & Compliance Adherence; Ensure all facility-related projects comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and organizational policies.

- PMP Project Management Professional Within 4 Months of Hired

Overview
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of facility-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. This role requires a results-oriented professional with Lean Certification and PMP Certification, along with demonstrated experience managing complex projects in healthcare, public sector, or large institutional environments. The Project Manager will be responsible for optimizing project performance through Lean principles, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving continuous improvement in facility infrastructure and capital projects.
