What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate communications with customers and internal teams regarding library projects and inquiries
- Collect and maintain detailed records related to library designs, quotes, and orders
- Assist in preparing and distributing quotes for library projects and maintaining an updated database
- Provide regular updates on project progress to customers and manage order fulfillment details
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and ISO 13485 requirements in all project activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience in the life sciences or related field, with over 2 years in a customer-facing role
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or related Life Science; advanced degree or hands-on laboratory experience is a bonus
- Proven ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams
- Demonstrated track record of managing projects that meet customer expectations
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a positive, proactive attitude
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Hands-on laboratory experience in a relevant scientific field
- Advanced degree in a life science discipline
- Familiarity with library fabrication workflows and project management
- Experience in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment
