      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage complex projects, ensuring goals and outcomes are defined and appropriate resources are allocated
      - Monitor team performance and project implementation in accordance with milestones and standards
      - Foster positive relationships with team, clients, and leadership
      - Prioritize tasks, set deadlines, and assign resources to projects
      - Track cost, schedule, and performance while preparing reports and documents

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, public health, communications, or related field
      - Minimum of 8 years of experience in federal program management
      - Strong communication and presentation skills for senior federal leaders
      - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
      - Ability to obtain and maintain DHS Suitability

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree or higher
      - Experience running projects of similar size and scope
      - PMP Certification or equivalent
      - Background in Public Health, Data Analytics, PPBE, or Emergency Management
