  In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Lead strategic projects at the plant level, including digital transformation initiatives, to enhance efficiency, automation, and innovation while ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Identify key processes within the production plant and execute optimization opportunities using digital technologies such as Manufacturing Execution Systems IoT, AI, and predictive maintenance.
  • Collaborate with operations, IT, engineering, and external partners to ensure successful digitalization and project delivery while supporting cost reduction and process optimization efforts.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement projects to eliminate waste and improve KPIs in production, fostering a culture of innovation and staying ahead with emerging technologies.
  • Monitor and report project progress, setting clear objectives for scope, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation while promoting new technologies and supporting the plant’s competitive edge.

  For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in project management within a manufacturing or industrial environment, demonstrating the ability to lead digital transformation initiatives or smart factory projects effectively.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, along with fluency in English and Polish(written and spoken).
    

  Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • Professional certifications in project management or continuous improvement, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Lean Six Sigma, are a plus
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with manufacturing systems and digital tools, including Manufacturing Execution Systems, AI, and industry 4.0 technologies, are highly advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and implement digital transformation initiatives or smart factory projects within a manufacturing environment.
  • Advanced degree in engineering, Industrial Management, or IT is a plus, along with fluency in multiple languages for enhanced stakeholder and partner collaboration.
