      Hybrid Epsom | Transformation | Permanent | Full Time

      Competitive salary, depending on experience

      37.5 Weekly h ours

      Our transformation function currently has an exciting opportunity for a P roject M anager to join our team and help us to deliver our ambitious plans . You’ll h elp the charity to transform how we operate and deliver our purpose of building a healthier nation by driving the delivery of a range of projects.

      As a Project Manager you’ll be responsible for the implementation of a number of high profile Nuffield Health projects, engaging with a wide range of stakeholders across the organisation, including commercial, operations, proposition, property, technology and digital teams. Whilst ensuring that assigned projects are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed quality parameters.

      As a P roject M anager you will:

      • Manage the successful setup and delivery of projects

      • Drive quality and compliance with our project delivery standards

      • Share your project management capabilities with the wider organisation

      • Build strong working relationships with your project teams, the transformation team and wider stakeholders

      To succeed as a P roject M anager, you will need:

      • Significant experience of managing large scale projects and managing multiple projects at the same time

      • Proven experience of working within healthcare settings or other regulated delivery settings

      • Proven experience of working in technology related projects on the customer side, working with Technology Project Managers and managing third party solution / implementation partners to deliver business systems

      • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with a flexible approach to suit the needs of different audiences
