      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage multiple projects in various phases, including pre-design, design, construction, and completion
      - Maintain proactive communication with clients and management, serving as a single point of contact
      - Establish and achieve project goals to meet client expectations
      - Control project scope, costs, and schedules while regularly reporting status
      - Identify, track, and mitigate project risks to ensure timely delivery

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or a similarly applicable degree
      - 3+ years of experience in project management
      - Excellent communication skills
      - Highly organized, articulate, and responsive interpersonal skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification
