- Manage projects from award to completion.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet critical deadlines.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and project owners' representatives.
- Promote a safe work site for each project.
- Update weekly/monthly project schedules.
- Project management experience in commercial construction and civil site projects.
- Minimum of 8 years of project management experience (consideration given to those with at least 5 years).
- Proficiency in Bluebeam and Procore.
- Civil construction experience (not building).
- Degree in Civil or Construction Management is a plus.
- Experience in estimation is a plus.

Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to oversee projects from award to completion. The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all deadlines are met while maintaining a high level of organization. This role involves developing and maintaining customer relationships, acting as the primary liaison between the company and project owners' representatives, and promoting a safe work environment. The Project Manager will work independently as well as with the estimating/project management team and update weekly/monthly project schedules.

Work Environment
The work environment includes both office settings and project sites primarily located in Kentucky or Southern Indiana. The current team consists of 2 Project Managers and 2 Estimators. The company values innovation, provides flexibility as long as work is completed, and maintains a laid-back atmosphere. Employees benefit from an ESOP program and the paving division operates separately but with full corporate support.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
