Job Description

- Providing direct or indirect leadership for overall project operations, including leadership for operations, sharing resources to execute customer projects, and/or project monitoring activities.
- Detecting and signaling flaws in approaches, methods, procedures, and processes and suggesting improvements.
- Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about data gathering and analysis.
- Contributing to the project as a team member while being able to maintain and accomplish work goals in a 1–3-month timeframe.
- Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Project Management).
- Have experience managing projects and being involved in manufacturing/industrial work responsibilities.
- Be able to lead people and have time management skills while ensuring completion of projects.
