      The primary responsibilities of the Project Manager include but are not limited to managing small to medium-scale projects at the manufacturing site, ensuring timely execution, budget adherence, and alignment with operational goals. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with diverse teams to drive continuous improvement and deliver business value.

      Key Responsibilities

      Project Planning & Strategy Execution:

      • Lead and manage small to medium-sized projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence.

      • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.

      • Track project progress and proactively address risks and issues.

      • Support senior project managers on larger-scale initiatives as needed.

      • Periodically provide administrative support to site leadership when needed.

      • Changes to individual responsibilities may occur due to business needs and other related duties may be assigned.

      Stakeholder Coordination & Communication:

      • Collaborate with production, engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to align project objectives with operational priorities.

      • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, facilitating clear and effective communication.

      • Prepare and present project status reports to management and relevant teams.

      Budget & Resource Management:

      • Assist in developing project budgets and tracking expenditures.

      • Optimize resource utilization and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.

      • Work with procurement teams to ensure timely acquisition of materials and services.

      Risk Management & Problem-Solving:

      • Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and escalate issues when necessary.

      • Lead root cause analysis for project-related problems and drive corrective actions.

      • Support continuous improvement initiatives involving Lean and Six Sigma principles.

      Required Qualifications, Experience and Education

      • Bachelor's degree

      • 2–5 years of general project management experience in a regulated industry preferred.

      • Proficiency in project management methodologies.

      • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

      • Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet or similar).

      • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software.

      • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and process improvement techniques is a plus.

      • PMP or CAPM certification is preferred but not required.

      • Effective stakeholder management and team collaboration.

      • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.

      Work Arrangements:

      • Expectation of working on site at least two days per week.

      The estimated base salary range for the Project Manager role based in the United States of America is: $62,200 - $93,200. Should the level or location of the role change during the hiring process, the applicable base pay range may be updated accordingly. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications, location where the role is to be performed, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, all employees are eligible for one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
