      Role Overview:

      We are seeking an experienced dedicated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of internal and external projects across various business functions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards. Your ability to coordinate stakeholders, manage timelines, and resolve challenges will be key to driving successful outcomes.

      What You Will Do:

      • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
      • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and documentation.
      • Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and risks throughout the project lifecycle.
      • Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of project goals.
      • Monitor progress and performance against key milestones, adjusting plans as necessary.
      • Facilitate regular status meetings, communicate project updates, and provide reports to stakeholders and leadership.
      • Identify potential issues or roadblocks early and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
      • Ensure project outcomes meet or exceed quality expectations.
      • Lead post-project evaluations and implement lessons learned to improve future performance.

      Who You Are:

      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and professional demeanor.
      • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
      • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
      • Comfortable working independently and in cross-functional teams.
      • Experience in project management methodologies.
      • A background in the hospitality industry or experience working with hospitality systems is a plus.
      • Strong understanding of project planning tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar).
      • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
      • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a plus.
