      This role will report to the Director of Integrated Marketing. The Integrated Marketing team includes a team of talented marketers working on TOF efforts to reach buyers, sellers and renters. The team also focuses partner engagement efforts and content & social development across social, the StreetEasy Reads blog and YouTube . The Integrated Marketing team partners with other Marketing team members across Creative, Lifecycle and Marketing Ops teams.

      About the role

      StreetEasy is seeking an experienced Project Manager on our Marketing team. As the StreetEasy Marketing Project Manager, you'll be instrumental in coordinating and executing various marketing initiatives, ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining the highest level of quality. The ideal candidate is highly organized, an excellent communicator and a sound collaborator across cross-functional teams.

      Key efforts will include timely monitoring/management of requests for the Marketing Operations and Creative teams and Marketing budget oversight. The Project Manager will serve as a key liaison between team members to support on connecting the dots across initiatives and delivering a seamless experience to our consumers and partners.

      What you'll do

      • Run meetings with team(s) to review tickets and assign projects to the team members accordingly.
      • Host a regular meeting with Marketing and cross-functional team members to supervise progress of active projects
      • Lead all aspects of the Marketing budget. Track expenses, balance to forecast and provide the final budget to the finance team on a monthly basis.
      • Develop and lead project plans for all marketing requests.
      • Communicate updates to Brief owners and team members on an ongoing basis.
      • Responsible for scheduling kickoff meetings, monitoring project timelines and milestones, determining resourcing required, and crafting project timelines/meetings around team availability.
      • Own and optimize existing processes (e.g. intake forms, timelines, overarching Marketing calendar, consistent documentation, etc.)

      This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.

      In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York and Washington the standard base pay range for this role is $87,000.00 - $139,000.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations.

      In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

      Who you are

      • Experienced project manager (5+ years)
      • Proficient in project management tools (Jira preferred but not mandatory) and marketing software
      • Strong oral communicator with a track record of leading productive meetings
      • Highly collaborative: this role will coordinate with Marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing projects.
      • Process oriented: understanding of Marketing processes is required to represent team needs in cross functional meetings
      • Strong communicator: Capture meeting notes and distribute to attendees with clear next steps. Provide regular status updates to collaborators throughout the process.

      • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
