What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create and execute plans for merchant onboarding strategy, ensuring a seamless experience
- Serve as a Bbot product expert and assist in all related integrations
- Develop merchant training materials to facilitate staff understanding and adoption
- Conduct quality assurance testing to verify the functionality of the ordering site prior to launch
- Identify and implement improvements to existing merchant workflows to maximize revenue
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 4-5 years of work experience in project management or account management
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to complete tasks accurately and on time
- Proven experience working cross-functionally with individual contributors and departments
- Excellent presentation skills for both internal and external customers
