      We are seeking a Project Manager for our client in Rocky Hill, CT to join their team. In this role you will assist the company in meeting objectives and goals by overseeing commercial construction projects. Candidates with a minimum of 3 years experience in Project Management within the constriction industry are encouraged to apply. This role is able to be started by the end of September.

      salary: $80,000 - $85,000 per year
      shift: First
      work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
      education: High School

      Responsibilities

      Prepare bids and job quotes
      Manage projects
      Manage terms of project contracts
      Monitor budgets and labor costs
      Prepare project schedules with deadlines
      Estimate/price change orders as required
      Prepare documents for billing
      Visit/spend time on assigned job sites
      Manage communications with general contractors
      Ensure job site employees maintain a safe work environment
