      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support military and veteran recruitment efforts, implementing best practices for transition programs
      - Maintain relationships with military and veteran organizations, including the DoD and VA
      - Assist employees with the transition process in collaboration with training teams and hiring managers
      - Attend career and base events to promote military career outreach
      - Provide guidance and support to military candidates throughout the recruitment process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or human resources
      - 3 or more years of project management experience within the military
      - Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to present at all levels of the organization
      - Strong attention to detail with solid organizational, time management, and coordination skills
      - Experience assisting military personnel and veterans in transitioning to civilian roles

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with applicant tracking systems for effective recruitment process management
      - Knowledge of diversity and inclusion initiatives within a corporate environment
