Title: Project Manager
Employment Type: 6-month Contract (Defined end date: April)
Contract Rate: Based on experience and pays up to $80/hour
Workplace Type: Hybrid (Standard hours, e.g., 8 AM–5 PM PST; must be flexible)

Job Purpose
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join our team for a 6-month assignment covering a team member on leave. This role focuses on managing end-to-end project execution, contributing to critical business documentation, and solution evaluations. The ideal candidate will bring experience in leading consumer-facing digital solutions and excel in collaborative, cross-functional environments.
Key Accountabilities
• Oversee and manage designated IT projects, including timelines, resources, and stakeholder reporting
• Develop and maintain canonical project documentation (e.g., business case, project plans, process flows, RACI matrices)
• Support digital solution evaluation and vendor RFP/RFQ documentation preparation
• Collaborate across teams to review operational insights and generate key takeaways for leadership
• Provide tactical PM support, including Jira-based task management and coordination
• Contribute to customer-centric content strategies, particularly around conversational “get-help” journeys
• Attend all digital strategy meetings and drive follow-through on action items
• Participate in client meetings, contract finalizations, and requirements development
• Manage project budgets and resources to meet defined targets
MUST HAVE:
• 5+ years of experience leading consumer-facing digital strategy initiatives
• BA/BS or equivalent experience
Bonus:
• Experience with Oracle Digital and WeChat Program Assistant implementations
