- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Coordinate and prioritize project tasks to ensure key milestones are achieved on schedule.
- Coordinating staff and internal resources.
- Provide support to the project team, including assisting with goals and deliverables.
- Perform queries (report system & Excel) and data analysis to determine issues, draw conclusions, problem solve and make recommendations
- Generate reports for data clean-up, quality control, data health check and data metrics
- Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
- Supports operational reporting changes/needs for field.
- Compile, organize and assess operational data.
- All others duties as assigned
- Three years of relevant work experience preferred
- Must have excellent analytical skills, as well as superior word processing, spreadsheet and database skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong oral and written communication skills are required
- Strong organizational skills
- Must have planning, organizational, problem-solving, time management and decision-making abilities.
- Must be self-directed, accurate and detail oriented
- Insurance operations experience preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Project or Smartsheet preferred

ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Project Manager supports the Director of Operations with both regional/national projects. In this role the Project Manager will lead projects across the BI, EHB and PCS business lines working with department leads and others to guarantee a successful on time outcome. These projects are crucial to creating better alignment, efficiencies and essential tool deployment.
