What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop new processes to capture, track, and maintain offer fulfillment validation and exception reporting across multiple lines of business
- Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders to capture and retain reported information
- Create and manage oversight processes for offer fulfillment validation
- Develop senior leadership-level monthly reviews of oversight reporting findings
- Identify and support control automation opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong analytical skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
- Solid communication and project management skills
- Bachelor’s/University degree
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Campaign Management Experience
- Experience with Direct Marketing of credit card offers and understanding of the legal and regulatory environment
- Familiarity with the NAEHAS software package
