What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the complete delivery of instructor-led and blended learning programs, ensuring high-quality experiences for customers
- Serve as the primary contact for clients during project delivery, managing check-ins, training plans, and reviews
- Collaborate with Account Executives to scope new engagements and confirm resources
- Coordinate with instructors and internal teams to align course materials and logistics for delivery
- Track and analyze key delivery metrics, such as project budgets and evaluation scores
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of professional experience in project/program management
- 4+ years of experience in customer engagement or customer success
- Proven ability to organize workload and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Experience with facilitation and conflict resolution
- Strong communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders
